Rain In Peace (R.I.P.)

Rain In Peace (R.I.P.) by Jordin Harley

April rain drips monotonous from shingles and from gutters,
Falling down like tears shed for a fallen brother.
April showers feed potential flowers that will grow,
Cloud tears fall one after another.
There’s no telling what this spring and further year will bring,
Past winter I heard far too many deathly organs ring.
I hope this spring bares artful fruit one day heard by many.
April rain feeds mental seeds that one day bloom and sing.
